how much daycare is too much
It is proven that daycares give a lot of benefits to children. They may be away from their parents but daycare provides all the necessities that kids need for the day in order to make sure that they are well taken care of. Daycare staff and educators are also reputable and very knowledgeable about child care and parents find this fact very reassuring. There are, however, limits to how much daycare a child should be taking. They may be in good hands but being away from their parents can bring up behavioral problems for them in the long run. Children will always be connected to their parents and even though they may be aware that their parents are at work to earn a living, parents should not have their child stay in daycares for very long hours.
The routine that children will get used to in daycares may become something that they react negatively to as time passes. It is hard for parents and their children to be separated for long hours like 10 hours a day. As much as possible, parents should try their best to keep the hours in daycare at the very minimum. The quality of care in daycare is a factor that will affect the hours they should be spending on it. Does it really improve their personal development? Is your child still comfortable with the activities and play environment of the daycare? These are some questions that parents need to ask themselves in order to monitor how their child is doing.
