Can I leave my kids without a Yaya?
Yes, you may. For kids 30 months and below, it is required that you have your own yaya or guardian with your child at all times. For kids 3 years old above, if they are able to go potty by themselves, then you may leave them without a yaya or a guardianuat.
What do my kids have to bring?
They have to bring their own snacks or meals or have it sent over. We will make sure they will eat. Don’t worry if ever they want food, we have sandwiches and food for sale. They also need to bring at least one set of extra clothes so we can make sure they are changed when they are wet. We suggest 2 extra t-shirts, a small towel and an extra pair of shorts. Socks must be worn at all times. We discourage you to let your kids bring their own toy, we have enough here that they can play with.
How early can I drop them off?
We open at 8 AM so you can drop them off as early as 8AM. We highly encourage parents to pick up their kids at 9PM the latest.uat.
Can I pay daily or weekly rates?
Yes you may – You can download our rate sheet here for options. Or you can fill out the form and one of our friendly associates will give you a call to discuss what works best for you and your budget.
Who will take care of my kids?
We have a Staff Nurse on duty at all times. Also all our Big Fun Attendants are Certified in Basic Life Saving and are highly trained in Child Care and Early Child Development. Most are mothers also so we understand how you would want to take care of your kids as we do with ours.
What will they be doing?
They have a wide range of things they can do. We have Active PLay, Creative Play, Musical Play, Pretend Play. One thing they will not have here at Big Fun is Screen Time. We are an advocate of #AntiScreentime Movement and we encourage kids to use their imagination and socialization skills for play.uat.
If they are sleepy can they have a nap?
Yes, they sure can, we have some daybeds that are nice and comfy in case your little one wants to take a quick nap and recharge
What if they get hungry and they ate their baon already, is there something to eat there?
Yes, we have some sandwiches and snacks for sale.
How many attendants do you guys have?
We have plenty. We will maintain a 1:4 child/attendant ratio. We want you to have peace of mind and this is what we will do to keep it that way
Is there a limit to how many kids are there?
Yes, we have a 25-kid limit at all times. We want to make sure we maintain the integrity of our promise of Kid Safety and Security so we must maintain a limited number of kids.
If something is wrong with my kid, will there be a person that will contact me?
Yes, this is why we ask for your contact details. Whenever we need to, one of our Managers or staff will contact you immediately.
