Activities
At Big Fun We have a wide range of activities for kids
Jump Active Play
a. Kids can jump, run and obstacle. Our facilities come with an inflatable bouncy house so kids can jump, climb and slide, getting them physically active to develop strong muscles, balance and control
Creative Play
a. Creative play is an important part in childhood and child development. Through creative and imaginative play children can grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, and even physically. Creative experiences help a child develop these skills and enable them to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas. Exposing children to creative opportunities contributes to, and furthers their development. Coming up with ways to play creatively doesn’t have to be stressful or take a lot of time. In fact, over-structuring is the opposite of creative play. Every small step toward developing a child’s skills is a major milestone in their growth and happiness.
b. Creative Activities at Big Fun:
Arts and Crafts
Drawing and Coloring
Playing with Musical Toys
Sand Art
Building Blocks (Legos)
Clay Art
Babies/Tiny Tots (2 years old and below) Explore Station
Younger kids need their own space and they also have their very specific needs. At Big Fun, We have a Tiny Tots explore station where this is just their own world. We have build a special obstacle course that is padded with maximum safety and security in mind. This is where they can freely climb, crawl, jump, balance and slide. They will also be protected from bigger kids that might be a bit more active than they are. We understand that these Tiny Tots need to have their own learning space and to be able to go at their own pace.
Pretend Play
Young children often learn through imagination and play. We are sure you have seen your kids imagine they were a superhero or have picked up a toy and pretended they were characters in their own story. This is when your kids are using an object to represent something else while giving it motion and action. This is “PRETEND PLAY”. This can bring so many social, emotional, intellectual and language benefits to your child. At Big Fun, we want to be able to Nurture Young Minds’ Imagination and allow them to create their fantasy world through play.
Facilities for Pretend Play include :
Reading Station
When it’s time to wind down a bit after a few minutes of super active play, we have a reading station with tons of children’s books for your kids to read and scan through.
Kid’s Workshop
At Big Fun, we are always looking for different ways for your child to develop. We have various arts & crafts workshops throughout the year as well as activity events they can participate in

Reading and Storytelling
-
This is a 2- part group activity where-in all the kids gather around to hear a story and read a book. The teacher will have a basket of books and the kids will vote, which read they want to hear out loud. The teacher will read a story, ask questions about what she read and at the end of her storytelling time, will ask all the kids to choose a book in the basket to read. These should be short books with lots of pictures. The teachers will assist the younger kids in reading their book. They will have 10 minutes to read alone. After reading, they will again go back in a circle and the teacher will ask the kids to share what they have read. The kids that share will get a star.
2.Singing and Disco Party
- Open Dance Party for all kids – This is the chance for kids to explore their bodies and movements.
3.School of Rock(learning How to Play Musical Instruments)
- This is where kids will be introduced to musical instruments. What they are, what they sound like and how to use it. We will not teach them to be professional musicians – we simply want them to know what these musical instruments are and how they sound.
4.Bouncy Time Aerobics
- Get inside the bouncy and perform organized aerobics using simple steps
5.Puzzle Olympics/Building Blocks Challenge
- Structured and organized Lego / Building Blocks activity with a tinge of competition.
6.Little Chefs Cooking
